I don’t know what they had lurking on the property, but my allergies are killing me. Didn’t sleep last night, eyes And nose burning today, looks like I’m hungover and I even feel like I’m hungover. Lack of rain will prolong my agony. I hate spring.

I know this feel. I’ m only allergic to one thing...the two giant tree s in my back yard. I ran out of prescription meds Saturday night and I went only one day without them and I can already feel it. Just the difference in my breathing performance between 4 weeks ago and today is huge. even with a pharmacy of prescriptions I lose about 1/4 of my lung capacity to allergies each spring lasting to mid summer. Without meds my eyes are so bad I have to shower to see and my lung capacity drops to half.

Allegra and Sudafed (real Sudafed though) work well for me, although my allergies aren’t nearly as bad as they used to be.

I hear you. The last week’s been hell. The combo of allergies and asthma is such a joy. One week I’m knocking out 3000 meters on the rower and doing deadlifts, the next week I’m wheezing up the stairs and coughing like a 90 year-old with emphysema .
I’ve avoided getting allergy shots for years (because, you know, shots 3-5 times a week for 2 or 3 years). But I’ve made the appointment to see an allergist in a few weeks. I can’t take another season of this hell....
Anyway, hope you’re feeling better soon!
